Return Policy

myberkey.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and we hope that you are satisfied with each and every product you get from us. Full refunds on applicable items will be paid to your card and myberkey.com will pay to have it shipped back to us.

myberkey.com accepts returns on all items under the following conditions.
  • Sealed in its original packaging.
  • Within 30 days of delivery.

We will accept a return only if fully intact and 'Mint Condition'.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the nature of the products we sell, we can’t accept returns on opened products.

How to return your products

If you have an applicable product to return you should:
  • Contact us immediately
  • We will email you a prepaid shipping label
  • Print it out and pack the item in the box including receipt
  • Send it to us
  • Once we receive it and verify that it is sealed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, please allow 3-5 days for processing.
